1.         Full Representation – No Fee to List

 

Our marketing approach covers all the stages from initial pricing, through negotiations, to the successful closing. We will guide you through and handle the entire process which allows you to focus on running your business.

 

a.      Paid only when business sells.

b.     6% to 10% of the actual sales price or $10,000 which ever is greater.

c.      Exclusive Listing.

d.     There is a fee for the valuation which is independent from the Transaction fee paid for the sale of your business. (Third Party Valuations cost form $795-$1,995)

e.      *If Applicable - we will apply 50% to 100% of the valuation fee against commissions earned. (less any discounts).

 

 

2.               Full Representation – Fee Based - Starting at $950


Traditional business brokers commissions range from 10% to 12% for their services. This service can save you up to 90% off traditional broker fees by offering our services to you on an a la carte basis. When you choose this service, you only pay for the services you need.

 

Use our “FEE BASED” program to take advantage only of the products and services you believe you need to sell your business. PBS uses a proven three-stage process to sell your business. We do all of this at a low cost and without requiring a long-term contract.

 

 

  • Phase 1 –  $950-$1700+ depending on size of business
    • Prepare your business for sale
    • Pricing your business (includes $795 Business Market Valuation)

This is where we prepare your business for sale analyzing your business, market, industry and a host of other points both historical and futuristic in order to favorably present your business to a qualified buyer in the best possible light.

 

 

  • Phase 2 –  $200 a month for a minimum of 4 months
    • Advertise your business for sale
    • Prescreen Buyers
    • Show the business to buyers

We prepare a customized marketing plan for your business, implement it and prescreen all buyer inquiries. Also arrange and coordinate showings and meetings with the seller.

 

 

  • Phase 3 – 1-5% of the transaction price. Pricing varies based on the level of assistance. Our fees can be structured as reduced upfront fees, or as contingent fees paid upon a successful closing. Some transactions are not successful. 
    • Accept and negotiate offers
    • Manage Due Diligence
    • Handle the closing

A smooth, quick closing is the final step in selling your business. We prepare the documents necessary to finalize an offer, manage the due diligence process and orchestrate the final closing.
